Clear information practices.
We explain how communication through this website works and which third-party services may be involved.
Version dated 8 November 2026. This notice concerns the website and general inquiries; each survey should provide its own participant information.
1. Contact for privacy questions
EMPIRAXIS Research is a research initiative founded and coordinated by Roman Shaban. For privacy inquiries, contact contact@empiraxis.org.
2. Contacting us
This website has no user account database and does not send collaboration-form contents to a server. The inquiry form prepares a draft in your email application. Information is received only after you choose to send that email. Organizational email is provided via Zoho Mail.
3. Google Forms and Google Groups
Individual surveys may open in Google Forms; Expert Circle uses Google Groups. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Before responding, review the specific study’s purpose, voluntary participation information, data collection, quotation permissions, and contact details.
4. Website technical data
The website is intended for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. This version contains no first-party advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider and your browser may nevertheless process technical information needed for delivery and security under their own policies.
5. Correspondence
We use contact information you send to respond to your inquiry, coordinate agreed collaboration, and maintain necessary correspondence. Please do not submit sensitive data without prior agreement. You may contact us to ask about correction or deletion of correspondence information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
6. Separate consent
Responding to a research survey does not automatically constitute consent to join Expert Circle, receive recurring outreach, or be added to a professional contacts database. Publishing quotations, personal data, and co-authored work requires appropriate agreement.
7. Updates
This notice may change as site functionality develops. New server-side forms, analytics, or other tools should be accompanied by an updated information notice.
